8e882 Terms & Conditions — Player Agreement for Bangladesh

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern your access to and use of the 8e882 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). They constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and 8e882 ("we", "us", or "the Platform"). By creating an account or placing any bet or wager on 8e882, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these T&C in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account. 8e882 reserves the right to update or amend these T&C at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these T&C periodically.

1. Eligibility

To register and use the 8e882 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 8e882 operates an adults-only policy with no exceptions. We reserve the right to request proof of age documentation at any time.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not resident in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not currently self-excluded from any gambling service, and you do not have an active self-exclusion request on the 8e882 Platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of 8e882 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.

2. Account Registration and Security

When registering an account on 8e882, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Each player may register and maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these T&C and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
• You must notify 8e882 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 8e882 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• 8e882 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any point. This includes providing government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.
• You must not share your account login details with any other person. Account sharing, collective betting, or group wagering using a single account is prohibited.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your account remains accurate and up to date. You must inform 8e882 of any change to your personal details, including your registered mobile number, without undue delay.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

8e882 supports a range of payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 8e882 reserves the right to amend these limits and will notify players of any material changes via the Platform.
• All funds deposited into your 8e882 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals delayed or withheld until identity and payment method verification is satisfactorily completed.
• 8e882 processes withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within 5 to 15 minutes in normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or for accounts subject to additional verification.
• 8e882 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include a copy of your national identity card, a screenshot of your registered mobile wallet, or bank statement. Refusal to provide such documentation may result in the withdrawal request being declined.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

8e882 may offer various bonuses, free spins, and promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual bonus terms. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per promotion, unless the promotion explicitly states that it is a recurring or reload bonus. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• 8e882 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Existing bonus balances will be honoured in accordance with the terms active at the time the bonus was credited.
• Free spins credited as part of a promotion are valid only on the specified game(s) and expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated to be cash.
• 8e882 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and recover bonus funds from a player's account if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of software errors, or any other form of fraudulent behaviour in connection with a promotional offer.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 8e882 Platform are subject to the following rules. It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with these rules before placing any bet.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after placement except in cases where 8e882 has made a demonstrable technical or pricing error. In such cases, 8e882 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by regulated third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. 8e882 does not control, influence, or manipulate game outcomes.

• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the records held on 8e882's servers shall be the definitive reference. Should a discrepancy arise between the result shown on a player's device and the result recorded on the server, the server record shall prevail.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 8e882 Platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any scripting device to place bets, access accounts, or interact with the Platform in any automated manner without prior written authorisation from 8e882.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be recovered by 8e882.
• Laundering funds through the Platform. 8e882 is required to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or to defraud the Platform. This includes chip dumping, soft play, and any other coordinated strategy designed to produce artificial results.
• Using the Platform to harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other players or 8e882 staff through any communication channel including in-game chat, support messaging, or email.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

8e882 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may lead to account suspension or termination:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct clauses in Section 6 above.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable period as requested by 8e882, or providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during the KYC process.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder. Upon receiving a self-exclusion request, 8e882 will close the account promptly and will not permit re-registration for the duration of the self-exclusion period.
• Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal of verified funds will be processed in accordance with the normal withdrawal procedures. Bonus balances and any wagering-requirement-linked funds that have not met the applicable rollover conditions will be forfeited.

8. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these T&C.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 8e882. Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a breach of these T&C and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8e882 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers expressly exclude all liability for the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other economic loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, errors, or omissions on the Platform caused by circumstances outside 8e882's reasonable control, including network outages, third-party system failures, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from a player's reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform, which are provided for informational purposes only and may be subject to error or delay.
• Losses incurred as a result of a player's own gaming decisions, including decisions influenced by bonuses, promotions, or any information published on the Platform. Players acknowledge that gaming carries inherent financial risk and that 8e882 bears no responsibility for individual gaming outcomes.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

13. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
